More than just meeting a director or actor and then screening a movie, this monthly in-store event affords a select group of invited VIP New Yorkers an unprecedented opportunity to discuss in an informal and casual setting the impact of a movie and the cultural significance it may or may not have on our society. We're looking for the integrity of the film and filmmaker(s) and their symbiotic relationship with our brands.

Culture Catch Salon Invades Austin During SXSW*, Pt. 2!
Many may not remember the Alamo, but they remember the madcap lads (and lass) in the rolling CC RV during SXSW* 2006! Come March 14th 2007, it'll be time once again for the CULTURE CATCH RV ROAD SHOW. This year we’ve secured a fantastic new venue on 5th Street, Canvas Bar & Gallery, and it's reserved for us for the entire week. With our CC SALON swirling inside, it’ll be very difficult to maintain our low profile. (Have you ever spent a week eating, sleeping, partying on an RV in the heart of Austin? Ever see Spinal Tap?)
We're scaling back our CC SALON and taking it to the streets and slopes of the Sundance Film Festival with our sponsor Absolut. It's an easy assignment finding smart culture stories at this world famous film festival, but somebody's got to do it. That's right we'll be podcasting from the deck of our Absolut Headquarters facility in the heart of Park City. Plus many cool surprises for those lucky enough to hang with us. Too bad you'll miss the skiing. (Powered by Podango and Neurokoptics.)

Featuring a solo performance by internationally recognized jazz pianist Matthew Shipp, a poem by Steve Holtje, a story by James Braly, a tale by Laren Stover, another poem by Steve Dalachinsky w/Matthew Shipp, a rant from Therese Plummer, and a missive by Ken Krimstein; all from the Writer’s Voice and CultureCatch.com.
