Dusty Wright, Ed Bennett, and the Organic Wine Journal co-hosted a private wine tasting and salon with Tony Coturri of Coturri Winery on Friday, May 15th. Adam Morganstern and Greg Wacks from the Organic Wine Journal invited a group of VIP New Yorkers to sample some of Tony's most beloved reds plus his killer "cloudy" Sauvignon Blanc. Tony talked about how he and his brother Phil, who have been making wine for over 30 years, belief wholeheartedly in the biodynamic winemaking process. A process that was mostly the norm before adding additional sulfites were introduced into wine making at the turn of the 20th century.
